“Housley Builders completed two big projects for us this year. First, a garage with workshop area and rooftop deck designed to complement our home and neighborhood. Then the conversion of the original two car attached garage into finished living space as a sewing/quilting studio. In both cases we had ideas of what we wanted but Wayne brought great ideas and suggestions to the planning stage then to it to realization from survey to plans to permits, building, inspections and more. He is very detailed oriented and we appreciated that.
After our initial meeting with Wayne, he returned with plans and an itemized proposal outlining costs and materials. We felt he was always looking out for our best interest and economy without sacrificing quality and workmanship and were pleased the project stayed on schedule and on budget. 
Because we were traveling and finalizing a house sale up north, we especially appreciated Wayne's attention to detail and to "doing it right" even during typical construction surprises along the way. In our absence, he kept us informed on the progress with daily emails including picture attachments.
All of Wayne's people and sub-contractors shared the desire to make every detail of the project exactly what we wanted and needed and made it happen. We appreciated that they cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. 
We would recommend Housley Builders for virtually any home improvement project and feel they are trustworthy and honest. Housley Builders may not be the least expensive way to go but we strongly feel you get what you pay for and we wanted a quality job and that is what we got.
